I don't know what went wrong with me. I'm never the kind who get sick easily ( I mean other than my nose problem. Sick as in fever or what-so-ever serious illness. Not my usual problem) I was so eager to play tennis coz it's been 2 weeks... i have not touched my tennis racquet.
Initial plan was to play tennis at my boss's place on saturday morning. My boss could not make it in the end so my other colleagues and me went on playing without him. I was"craving" for tennis... and it's my 1st time playing with my colleagues... they know that i have been playing tennis for quite some times coz i always bring along my tennis gear every thurs to head down to Pines club for my tennis lesson with coach. Also,especially my GM told them that i represent my school for competition before ( he saw it in my school testimonial) . Certainly, they are expecting me to play damn good.
To be honest, I was ready to perform too.
God knows.... I crawled out of my bed in the dawn on that very day. Not being excited or what, my stomach was damn pain. It was not the going to toilet kind of stomachache... doing business kind ( i know i sound a bit disgusting...) I went to pop 2 panadol to ease the pain for the time being. It stopped just for that short period of time and it started all over again. The pain went on and off from time to time.
Wee Lian and me got there 1st. James joined us half an hour later. The sun was shining so brightly that day. Gosh... I wanted to perform my tennis skills... and I felt so giddy out of a sudden. Was it because of the hot sun? Was it because of the pain i've suffered in the morning? Alright... i played for like half an hour or so... I could not take it... My head was spinning... i feel like vomitting... I got myself settled, lying on the court like some dead corpse.
Seriously, i dunno what's wrong with me but I think i embarassed myself totally. LOL!!! I should have play like my normal practice with my coach... hitting my back hand shot. Fine... i played badly. We did not even complete the 2 hours of booking and went off to rest. Headed for lunch after that... and i dun even have any appetite. I ate like 1/4 of the serving of the food.... which is like how could that be??? I love fries... ( for all who know me will know that i'm a potato freak) I would have just finished it completely in my usual days. Walked ard at Lot 1 for awhile, saw there's this shop selling the blue tooth USB adaptor at 29 bucks only. For the same brand, same model, same colour, i still remember the Ah Beng shop in Lucky plaza wanted to sell me at 39 bucks or 40++. Orh... so much more expensive... luckily, i never buy that time. Neither i bought this time though it's really cheap. I think i'm gonna spend a lot this month especially my Bangkok trip is jus 2 weeks later. Perhaps i will buy it for the next month. *Sigh*
Yeah... jus when i was thinking of saving some money, Wee Lian said that she need a massage. OMG... it's massage u know. I always have shoulders aching problem... i need one too. So tempting and she even asked " Rachel, u wanna come along for the massage?" Irresistable!!! And i went.... Hahaha... but the lady in the shop told us that we gotta wait for an hour for our turn. Argh... one hour.... i still got something on later, so i turned it down. The lady immediately said that why not we go one at a time. Then she got an empty slot 10 mins later. Wee Lian seemed to know that i have something on later... she let me go 1st... so sweet... Thanks Wee Lian!
I was still feeling unwell even after the massage, took a cab home. *GrinZ* I took a london cab home. Wahaha... Big cab with me alone... okie i think i sound stupid but thnk about it... u dun get to sit on a london cab that often u know... jus like previously, i took the maxicab alone. Supposed to be able to have 5 passengers and i'm occupying it all by myself. Reached home, Popped panadol again and measured temperature... it's 38.3 .... I'm running fever. No wonder i was like half-dying!!! I still need to go down to the travel agency and booked the land package for my bangkok trip. I did call and asked about the price but yet forgot to ask about their operating hours. I tell you... the agency is situated at Fook Hai Building... and it's at a damn Ulu location. It seemed like it's gonna closed down anytime that kind. And when i got there, it was closed. It closed at 4pm on Saturday.
Well, nvm... there's still so many travel agency ard. We jus walked ard to see if we could get any good deal. Managed to get one... she gave us a very good price for the land package and obviously, we grabbed the deal. I'm a person who like to ask around 1st before, i make my final decision. Naturally, i like to walk ard and asked about the prices the other agencies offer before i make up my mind. I wanna grab the best deal but my parents n brother seemed to be a little impatient. U know... u wanna get a good deal, u have to spend a little more effort as compared to other to find it. Bear with it man and at last, we still managed to find it.
By the time we settled our stuff, my brother had complained numerous times about his grumbling stomach. We went to Ghim Moh area to have my mum's favourite Fried Hokkien Mee. It's my favourite too. Was it the panadol that's taking effect or was it the Fried hokkien mee that was appealing? I managed to finish the plate of Fried Hokkien Mee... Yum yum... ( I still feel like eating it now...) And what's up nest??? Mummy wanna go for some shopping at Metro but Orchard would be damn crowded on Saturday, difficult to get parking... We went to Causeway point. My mummy was the one who wanna shop. And my brother was the one who wanna get a few shirts and ties for his work. Me and dad got nothing we wanna get in mind. And how come it's always me who end up buying things?
I got a jacket.
Someone please configure a remote control to stop me from spending money... I need it badly!!!
