Argh... i have like 4 big mosquitoes bites on my foots. It's really big... look poisonous by the size they swells and most of all, they are damn itchy. I'm like some kinda skin disease carrier, scratch and scratch... like nobody's business... my foots are with red patches and i guess in no time my skin will torn, seeing the rate that i'm scratching. Got a bad night due to the itch... i swear i will never wanna go to any park and get bitten by mosquitoes. Erm... not that i will never go parks again... just that i will still go but will definitely kill all the mosquitoes before biting me. They can't even have the thought of biting me... i will kill them as well... Irritating...

Well... already the itch irritated me so much and jus now i went out for lunch with my colleagues. One of them comment about me... saying that i dun take dairy products and cheese is kinda bad for my health. Yeah certainly i do agree... but what to do.. everytime i take them, i jus feel like vomitting. So is like i try to take some other stuffs to actually replace the calcium that i lacked of. Yeah... NOT only milk that is rich in calcium... there's simply other food. Well.... i love ice cream too and that's the only dairy product that i eat. Saying that i have high chances of getting brittle bones...very hard to walk... touch wood man... ARGH~~~ pissed me off totally... perhaps he jus not very good in words... n if it's someone who can play ard with words better, i won't have got so pissed. NVM... he still said that i'm stubborn.... ARGH~~~

Pregnancy... yeah... it's part of life that woman has to go through... whereby less calcium are stored in bones. Well, man plays a part in that too... unless they can simply say that they don't want any kids at all. DUH~~~

And also... i take some other food to replace the dairy product that i don't take. Though i gotta agree that milk is really rich in calcium and next time, i will make it a point to make my kids to drink milk. Don't be like their mummy. Refer to the link... it's a table which stated the food that is rich in calcium. Other than milk and cheese, i take almost all... and i simply love spinach, broccoli, sardines and ikan bilis. Aren't all these rich in calcium too? Most imptly, i eat them very often.
